The meeting point at the International Cancun Airport is the WELCOME BAR. After getting your luggage go to the Welcome Bar and there one of our reps will be waiting for you with a pellet with your name on it.
Yes, it is possible to arrange a stop in a different place on the way to your hotel, it would have an extra cost and it has to be mentioned in your reservation.
Yes, you can make changes to your reservation up to 12 hours before your service, the changes have to be done by our customer service concierges. If the 12 hours have gone by and you need a change we would try to please you but it is not guaranteed.
